A 12‑week DBT Skills Building class designed to teach evidence‑based skills drawn from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This is a psychoeducational class, not group therapy, and not a substitute for mental health treatment.

No diagnosis required.

Wednesdays
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
12 consecutive weeks

Classes start on the first Wednesday in April, July, and October.

Each week focuses on practical, real‑life skills you can apply immediately:

  • Mindfulness & present‑moment awareness

  • Emotion regulation skills

  • Distress tolerance strategies

  • Interpersonal effectiveness tools

  • Building balance and resilience

Private pay only
Two payment options

1. Pay $240 at week 1 and at week 6

2. Pay in full at week 1 and receive 1 week free, totalling $440.00
