Living with ADHD Personally and Professionally

A bit about me: I'm Tiffany Arnold, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing telehealth therapy for adults throughout Florida and South Carolina. I specialize in adult ADHD, trauma, and first responder mental health, combining professional expertise with personal experience and over 22 years of experience in law enforcement. I tend to be direct, conversational, and down-to-earth in sessions. If colorful language is part of how you express yourself, that's perfectly welcome here.

These unique life experiences are why I specialize in the areas of adult ADHD, First Responders, and the trauma associated with them.

If you're asking yourself, "Why should I trust this therapist with my story?" Because I know firsthand the challenges of living with ADHD, with or without working within the First Responder environment. I know the challenges of working in a high-stress work environment, whether it's dealing with calls for service, administration issues, office politics, local politics, or society in general.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Social Work (MSW). I gained licensure in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in Florida (SW20807) and registration to provide therapy via telehealth in South Carolina (TLS714CP). I am in the process of adding additional states.

I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II). I am W-CAT trained, which is a women 's-centered ADHD treatment specialist.
