Hi, I'm Tiffany!

A bit about me: I have 22 years of Law Enforcement experience, during which I have worked in various roles. Later in life, I received a late diagnosis of ADHD. I'm an animal lover, especially my kitties, who sometimes visit during sessions. I am a gamer, a foodie, and non-religious. I cuss A LOT, and it's ok if you do too!

These unique life experiences are why I specialize in the areas of adult ADHD, First Responders, and the trauma associated with them.

If you're asking yourself, "Why should I trust this therapist with my story?" Because I know firsthand the challenges of living with ADHD, with or without working within the First Responder environment.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Social Work (MSW). After completing internships and passing the required Exam, I gained licensure in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in Florida (SW20807) and registration to provide therapy via telehealth in South Carolina (TLS714CP).

Additional certifications include ADHD-CCSP, C-DBT, and CCTP-II. What does this mean? In a nutshell, I have additional training in ADHD, Trauma, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
